THE WATERFRONT BG REFERENCE 9/18

  Hello! Welcome to The Waterfront Season 1!

If you are one of our BG Actors for WEDNESDAY 9/17/2024, please see the information below about costumes:


IF YOU HAVE BEEN BG WITH US BEFORE TODAY: Please bring everything you have previously worn in scenes every time you come back. Thank you!


ALL BG ACTORS:

Bring 2-3 outfit options for your character. When you arrive our team will choose what you will wear from those options. Make sure all clothing is clean and packed neatly so it does not wrinkle. 

DO NOT BRING clothing with logos/printed art. Generic patterns (polka dots, stripes, chevron, florals) are okay.

Bring appropriate underwear--nude or plain colors, nothing bright and patterned.

Bring multiple sock options--white, black, and no-show.

Bring appropriate shoes--you may be spending prolonged amounts of time standing in the same pair of shoes, please bring options you can walk and stand in.


RESTAURANT PATRONS (LUNCH):

Business/Casual Clothing 2-3 options: Casual/business casual late summer outfits. Brunch/nice lunch attire. Long and short sleeve shirts, button up or high quality tees. Dress options for women, Blazer options for men. Stripes and tropical prints okay, nothing too bright or high contrast. Nice jeans--no rips/holes, or slacks. Some short options okay. Clean sneakers or sandals. Plain/small jewelry, everyday bags/purses.

Colors to bring: Grey, Charcoal, Tan, Cream, Blue, Sage Green, Rust, Muted Pink, Periwinkle, etc. 

Colors to avoid: Red, Orange, Black, Neon, Vibrant Pastels, stark white

RESTAURANT STAFF (LUNCH):

Uniform Clothing 1-2 options:

SHIRT: White button up shirt--casual style with button down collar.
PANTS: Khaki slacks (not jeans)--medium Khaki, not too pale or too dark/yellow.
SHOES: White/Cream/Tan sneakers--NOT BLACK.

    You really mean Wednesday, September 18, right? The BG post said UPSCALE DINING, but the blog doesn't show upscale clothing, particularly. So, is it actually casual, beachy, attire?
